Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Exhibit exceptional customer care and focus, adeptly assessing customers' needs and providing accurate solutions, guidance, or troubleshooting to create a positive customer journey.
  • Adhere to established customer service procedures and policies.

Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills for effective phone interactions and phone system handling.
  • Exceptional proficiency in the Spanish language.
  • Flexibility to work from 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
