เพื่อรองรับการเติบโตและการขยายธุรกิจของเรา เรากำลังมองหา Custom Installation & Sales Specialist ในประเทศไทยตำแหน่งนี้มีหน้าที่ดูแลบัญชีลูกค้า (Client Account Management) รวมทั้งอ่านและทำงานร่วมกับแบบแปลนทางเทคนิค และให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับการติดตั้งลำโพง Sonos เพื่อให้ได้คุณภาพเสียงที่ดีที่สุด ผู้สมัครที่เหมาะสมควรมีประสบการณ์ด้านการติดตั้งระบบเสียง การบริหารความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า และการประสานงานโครงการ (Project Coordination)

หน้าที่ทั่วไป

• ดูแลลูกค้า ตั้งแต่การขาย ประสานงานโครงการ ไปจนถึงการให้บริการหลังการขาย
• ค้นหาโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่ ๆ เพื่อผลักดันการเติบโตและเพิ่มผลกำไร
• ให้คำแนะนำด้านการติดตั้งและการติดตั้งตำแหน่งลำโพง Sonos เพื่อให้ได้คุณภาพเสียงที่ดีที่สุดในแต่ละพื้นที่
• ประสานงานกับผู้รับเหมา นักออกแบบ และช่างไฟฟ้า เพื่อให้การติดตั้งเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
• ดูแลกระบวนการติดตั้งตั้งแต่ต้นจนจบ ให้มั่นใจว่างานมีคุณภาพสูงและดำเนินไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• อ่านและวิเคราะห์แบบแปลนทางเทคนิค แผนผังระบบ และข้อมูลจำเพาะของผลิตภัณฑ์ เพื่อนำมาออกแบบการติดตั้ง Sonos
• ลงพื้นที่สำรวจหน้างานเพื่อประเมินและออกแบบโซลูชันระบบเสียงให้เหมาะสมกับความต้องการของลูกค้า
• ดูแลการแก้ไขปัญหา การบำรุงรักษา และให้การสนับสนุนลูกค้าหลังการติดตั้ง

คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ

• มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานที่ต้องติดต่อกับลูกค้าโดยตรงในอุตสาหกรรม AV (Audio-Visual) หรือ Home Automation
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานขายหรือ account management
• สามารถทำงานได้อย่างอิสระ แก้ไขปัญหาได้ดี และบริหารจัดการหลายโครงการได้พร้อมกัน
• มีความสามารถในการสร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับพาร์ทเนอร์และ stakeholders
• มีความเข้าใจด้านธุรกิจและ มีทักษะการแก้ปัญหาที่ยอดเยี่ยม
• มีความสามารถทางเทคนิคและประสบการณ์ด้าน Custom Installation
• มีทักษะ การสื่อสารและการเจรจาต่อรอง ที่ยอดเยี่ยม
• สามารถใช้ภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว (ทั้งการพูดและการเขียน)
• พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ: หากมีประสบการณ์ในการออกแบบแผนผังทางเทคนิค (เช่น Single-Line Diagram) และสามารถใช้โปรแกรม AutoCAD ได้

Our team ensures seamless integration of Sonos systems into homes and businesses, providing clients with high-quality sound experiences tailored to their specific needs.

What to expect

To support the growth and expansion of our business, we are looking for a Custom Installation & Sales Specialist in Thailand.

This individual will be responsible for managing client accounts, interpreting and working with technical drawings, and advising on Sonos speaker placements to ensure optimal audio performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audio system installation, customer relationship management, and project coordination.

General responsibilities

• Manage client accounts, including sales, project coordination, and customer service.
• Identify new business opportunities to drive growth and profitability.
• Provide expert advice on Sonos speaker placement and integration into various setups.
• Coordinate with contractors, designers, and electricians to ensure seamless installation.
• Oversee the end-to-end installation process, ensuring a high standard of quality and efficiency.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and product specifications to design Sonos installations.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to tailor audio solutions to client needs.
• Handle troubleshooting, maintenance, and support inquiries post-installation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer-facing roles within the AV or home automation industry.
• Proven experience in sales or account management.
• Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and manage multiple projects.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Excellent business acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Technical aptitude with experience in custom and technical installations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English and Thai (written and verbal).
• Bonus: Experience creating technical drawings (e.g., single-line diagrams) and proficiency in AutoCAD.
