ey Responsibilities:

- andle customer inquiries, providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- esponding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- esolve customer complaints, guiding them through the resolution process.
- eep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- ollow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- ollaborate with the team to ensure seamless customer service.
- nsure all customer interactions are logged and details are not missed. ค

ualifications:

- an work for 40-48 hours per week
- roven experience as a customer service representative.
- referably has experience/knowledge with Web3
- amiliarity with CRM, LiveChat and Discord
- xperience with QA -
- bility to clearly express and convey information through email or chat.
- bility to address issues promptly and to the satisfaction of the client.
- omfortably handle multiple cases or tasks at the same time.
